Audited Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2013 ending 31st December
2013, which has been approved by the Company's Board of Directors Meeting, to
the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The Company reported a consolidated net loss to equity holders of the Company of
Baht 9,062.75 million for the Year 2013 ending 31st December 2013, representing
a change of greater than 20 percent compared with the net results of the last
