SEC extend the deadline for submitting CIRKIT's revised 
quarterly financial statements of 2004

Previously, The SEC had ordered Circuit Electronic Industries PLC 
("CIRKIT")  to correct its allowance for doubtful accounts 
in quarterly financial statements of 2004  and submitted 
the revised version by February 1, 2005.

CIRKIT has requested the SEC to extend the above deadline, 
since CIRKIT has to  cautiously consider this matter and 
has to bring this issue to the meeting among  Board of Directors, 
Executives, and Auditor. Consequently, CIRKIT needs more time. 

After considering the above reason, the SEC extends the deadline 
for submitting   CIRKIT's revised quarterly financial statements 
of 2004 to February 28, 2005.
